That is why Chris has developed a pre-fitness class which takes you through some basic movements and stretches to prepare your body for the basics in exercising. Join 2 others who are at the same level as you, while your trainer, Chris, gently helps you get prepared for your future exercise journey.

Join 2 others in a lot of fun that will challenge your whole body to its max. Your session will be instructed by your trainer, Chris, who will give you a list of targets to complete as a group of 3. Your group targets could be anything from 300 push-ups, lifting the weight of a car, completing 30 x 1 minute planks or maybe, just maybe all three.
