Semi Private - 40kr per session

What's semi private?

Semi private means that you get to share the whole gym with 1 other person. This means that that when you use the strength room someone else will be using the cardio room and when you use the cardio room someone will be using the strength room.

How to get started?

1. Find the number of trainings a week that works for you below.  The first line of prices are for semi private gym use and the second line of prices are for completely private gym use. 

2. Email Chris and let him know you wish to start. (His number and email are at the top of this page).  

3. Arrange which fixed times you would like each week and then get started.

Private means that you will get the whole gym to yourself for an hour. Though please bare in mind the client before you is allowed to have a few minutes to leave the gym and that someone may arrive 55 minutes into your workout to begin their warm up.
